Co-founder and CEO
Rahul Nath
Runs the business side. Rahul asks what it does to your numbers. Who owns the process, how you'll know it worked, whether the revenue figures add up, and whether your people actually take up the new way of working.
Background
Fifteen years fixing operations, billing and reporting from the inside.
Rahul Nath is co-founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of EliteWorks. He leads the Management Consulting practice and the process side of AI and Workflow Automation, and signs off the business side of every project: who owns the process, what gets measured, revenue numbers that add up and people actually using the result. He has more than 15 years of experience in operational analysis, revenue generation and professional services.
He looks after how revenue gets recorded: the path from signed deal to invoice, the checks on deal paperwork, and the dashboards leadership uses to decide. He has built and run the processes for customer relationship management (CRM), revenue controls, deal documents and business reporting, and swapped manual reporting and tracking for CRM data and workflow-based checks.
His career started in the field. At Reliance Communications he led a team of direct-to-home technical engineers on service and installation, and later ran regional operations reporting, installation tracking and route planning across the Lucknow zone. At ICMG he supported global business development for enterprise architecture and consulting services. He then joined a data engineering and AI company in business development, moved to its founder's office as a business analyst, and now works there in operations and strategy.
Bring Rahul your problem
What to bring to Rahul.
- The company has outgrown the way it's run, and needs a clear strategy and a new shape
- New policy announced, nothing changed on the floor: bringing long-serving people along when rules, tools and ways of working change
- Twenty AI ideas and budget for three: which to fund, who owns each, and what your data can really support
- Sales, finance and delivery each reporting a different revenue number, and work that never gets billed
- Skilled people re-typing the same data every day: map one workflow, cut the steps that shouldn't be there, and automate the rest with a person approving
- Month-end reports that take a week, and measures every team reports differently
- The payback, the owner and the numbers behind an automation business case
