The ground rules for using this site.

These terms apply when you use eliteworks.ai. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Who we are

eliteworks.ai is run by EliteWorks, a consulting firm in Bengaluru, India, led by its founders, Rahul Nath and Arjun Murthy. When EliteWorks is incorporated, we will update these terms with the company's name. You can reach us at support@eliteworks.ai.

Consulting work has its own agreement

These terms cover the website only. Any consulting engagement, assessment, sprint or other work we do for you is covered by a separate written agreement and scope, signed before the work starts. Nothing on this site is an offer to contract, and sending us an enquiry does not mean we are working together.

What's on this site

Our guides, methods, worked examples and service descriptions are general information. They are not advice for your particular situation. Please don't make a decision based on them alone without talking to us, or to another qualified adviser who knows your circumstances.

Each guide gives the views of its named authors on the date shown, and may go out of date. Worked examples are marked as examples and are not client data. The images and video on this site are illustrations. They don't show any real premises, person, client or delivered project.

We work to keep the site accurate, but we can't promise that every page is complete, up to date or free of errors.

Our online tools

You can use the AI Readiness Assessment and the Automation Payback Calculator without paying or signing up. They run in your browser, and what you type stays there unless you choose to send it to us.

Their results are a guide only. They depend entirely on what you enter, they don't compare you with other organisations, and they are not an audit, a certification, a valuation, or financial, investment or legal advice. You are responsible for the figures you enter and for any decision you make. If you share a result link, anyone with that link can see your answers or figures.

Using our content

The text, diagrams, method names, tools and design of this site belong to EliteWorks, or to those who have licensed them to us.

You're welcome to read, print and save pages for your own use, link to any page, and quote short extracts with a clear credit to EliteWorks and a link to the page. Without our written permission, you may not copy large parts of the site, republish our guides or methods as your own, or use them to build a competing product or service.

Where we offer templates to download, you may use and adapt them inside your own organisation without paying us. Please don't sell them or present them as your own published work.

Please don't misuse the site

When you use the site, please do not:

• try to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site, the contact form or the systems behind them;
• use automated tools to copy the site in bulk, or to submit the contact form;
• send spam, malicious code or anything unlawful, abusive or misleading;
• pretend to be someone else, or send another person's personal data without the right to do so; or
• send confidential information, trade secrets or personal data about other people in a first message.

If you think you have found a security weakness in the site, please tell us at support@eliteworks.ai with the subject "Security", and give us a fair chance to fix it before telling anyone else.

Writing to us

Please keep a first message short and free of confidential information. We owe no duty of confidentiality for anything sent through the site or by email before a written non-disclosure agreement is signed. If you would like one, just ask. We will send ours, or review yours, before you share details.

A founder replies personally within one business day, Monday to Friday, India time. We may turn down an enquiry, for example where we have a conflict, where the work is outside what we do, or where we are not the right firm. If we are not, we will tell you.

How we handle the personal data you send us is explained in our privacy notice.

Links to other sites

Our guides link to sources on other websites so you can check them. We don't control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Our liability

We provide this site and its tools as they are, with no promise that they are fit for any particular purpose.

As far as the law allows, EliteWorks and its founders are not liable for any loss or damage that comes from your use of the site, from relying on its general content or on a tool result, or from the site being unavailable. This includes indirect or consequential loss, and loss of profit, revenue, data or opportunity.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that the law does not allow us to limit or exclude, such as liability for fraud. Nor does it affect any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived under the law of the place where you live.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we change the version and effective date and record the change below. The terms in force at the time you use the site are the ones that apply.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, subject to any mandatory rights you have under the law of the place where you live.
