How it works
EliteWorks owns every client relationship and signs off everything that goes out.
- You join as an independent specialist, not an employee, and you're free to work elsewhere.
- We bring you in project by project, with a written brief, milestones and clear limits on what you can agree with the client.
- Client work goes out under EliteWorks' name and standard.
What you get
What you get here that freelancing alone won't give you.
- Good projects you didn't have to sell.
- Contracts and collections handled for you.
- Our methods, templates and testing tools, so you don't start from a blank page.
- Senior support on every client, including the difficult conversations.
Projects come when a client problem needs your field, so timing varies. If you need steady income, tell us, and we'll tell you honestly whether this fits.
What we ask
One standard, on every project.
- Work to written pass marks, milestones and checks before release.
- Use EliteWorks templates and methods, not your own version of them.
- Nothing reaches a client until a founder has reviewed it.
- Keep client information confidential, and bring nothing confidential from a current or past employer.
- Don't approach a client you met through us for 12 months.
- Meet the conduct standard in the agreement.
If a member's work or conduct falls short, they leave the network, however much revenue is involved.
How we choose
How we choose, so there are no surprises.
What we look for
- Work a founder can check: systems shipped or programmes run, with a link or a reference for each.
- A fit with something clients are asking us for.
- A habit of working to written pass marks and release checks.
- A clear reason the network helps you.
- References who can speak to your reliability and how you handle a disagreement with a client.
- A rate that fits the work.
The steps
-
01
You email an application, using the template below.
-
02
A founder reads it against your public record and replies.
-
03
A 30-minute call about two pieces of work you delivered.
-
04
A short work sample that looks like a real first task.
-
05
Both founders score the sample separately, then compare notes.
-
06
Two references, and a declaration of any conflicts.
-
07
A decision in writing: yes, not yet with the reason, or no.
-
08
A written agreement and an induction before any client work.
