Industries we serve
The problems we solve in each industry.
- Industrial and manufacturing
Results that change with the shift, machines that stop without warning, and robot quotes nobody has checked.
- Logistics and warehousing
Routes planned by hand, stock that doesn't match the system, and the wrong item in the box.
- Retail and distribution
Distributors who own the relationship, visitors who don't buy, and stock in the wrong stores.
- Technology, data and professional services firms
Delivered work that never gets billed, delivery that depends on a few senior people, and hours lost to drafting.
- Engineering and infrastructure
Overruns found at the review, finish dates that won't move, and site know-how that leaves with the engineers.
- SMEs and family businesses
Generations that disagree, a grown business still run on WhatsApp, and one customer big enough to set your terms.
Industrial and manufacturing
Every shift working like your best one.
Results that change with the shift. A machine that stops on Saturday night. The same defect back again. A robot quote with a payback nobody can defend. We find the real cause, build your best shift's way of working into every shift, and check the numbers before you sign for a robot.
Sound familiar?
- Results depend on who is on shift. The same job gets done well on one shift and poorly on the next, with the same machines and the same orders. This is us
- Overtime keeps rising, and output doesn't. Overtime keeps climbing while output stays flat, and it gets read as a discipline problem. This is us
- The same defect comes back every few months. A defect category returns, gets treated as a new incident, and the fix stops at the last visible step instead of the real cause. This is us
- The line stops, and we find out why after it has broken. A critical machine fails mid-shift, repairs get rushed, spares get air-freighted and the week's plan is gone. This is us
- The robot quote assumes a line that runs flat out. Ours doesn't. The payback came from the vendor's best site, and nobody has checked the speed, uptime and changeover figures against your line. This is us
- Good parts rejected, bad parts shipped. Manual checks vary with the shift, and the last camera pilot gave up on glare, dust and a line that never slows down. This is us
- Every new system dies after the vendor leaves. Launch week gets a town hall and a training session. A few months later the floor is back on registers and spreadsheets. This is us
-
Camera inspection, counting and measuring that catches real defects without rejecting good parts, on every shift. It matters most on auto component and electronics lines, where one missed defect means a warranty claim or a customer penalty.
-
Know which job to automate, and whether a camera system, cobot or robot cell will really pay for itself, before you sign the integrator's quote.
-
Early signs of failure on your critical machines, picked up by fault detection running on the sensors and gateways themselves, so more repairs get planned instead of rushed.
Logistics and warehousing
Trucks wait while someone retypes the paperwork.
Routes planned by hand every morning. Stock counts that don't match the system. The wrong item in the box. Trucks waiting at the dock with nobody billing the time. Status chased across WhatsApp, email and phone calls. We automate the planning and paperwork, check orders before the box is sealed, and give every team one place to see the day's work.
Sound familiar?
- Two hours every morning go on planning routes by hand. Someone groups the day's stops and assigns vehicles from memory, and the plan changes with whoever does it. This is us
- Stock counts don't match the system. The system says it's there, the picker says it isn't, and order, stock and partner systems update on a lag. This is us
- Wrong item in the box, and we pay for it twice. A mismatch at packing becomes a return, a reshipment and an unhappy customer. This is us
- Trucks wait at the dock, and nobody bills the waiting time. Drivers sit for hours at customer and warehouse docks, the time is logged on paper or not at all, and detention charges never reach the invoice. This is us
- Customer service spends the day answering 'where is my shipment?' Tracking data sits in carrier portals and the transport system, but a person still looks it up and replies by phone or email. This is us
- Work falls through the cracks between teams. Status gets chased across WhatsApp groups, email and calls, and every meeting starts with asking where things stand. This is us
- The process worked fine until volume doubled. One manual step, often a label check, an approval or a data entry, now causes most of the errors, and the only answer on the table is more people. This is us
-
Dock bookings, dispatch paperwork, stock queries and returns handled by automated workflows, with the difficult cases passed to a person.
-
Order, stock and partner systems kept in step in real time, so the count on screen is the count on the rack.
-
Camera or barcode checks at the packing station that catch a mismatch before the order leaves.
Retail and distribution
People still come in. Fewer of them buy.
A few distributors hold most of the relationship. Walk-ins stay steady while sales slip. One store sits on slow stock while the next turns customers away. We find where buyers drop out, set stock by each store's real demand, and reduce how much of the business rides on any one partner.
Sound familiar?
- Walk-ins are steady. Sales aren't. The same people keep coming in, and fewer of them leave with something. This is us
- Slow stock in one store, stock-outs in the next. Every store orders the same way it always has, so one holds months of slow stock while another turns customers away. This is us
- Our distributors own the relationship, not us. Most volume and goodwill sit with a handful of distributors, while growth plans assume customers ask for the brand. This is us
- We discount to close, and nobody knows what it costs. Discounts get approved on WhatsApp, each deal looks defensible on its own, and nobody adds them up. This is us
- Sales are flat. Margins are down. The monthly review asks why margin fell when volume held, and nobody has the product and customer mix data to answer. This is us
-
Conversion tracked by store and hour, with the stage where buyers drop out found and fixed.
-
Reorder levels and store-to-store transfers set from real demand, with replenishment automated.
-
Revenue by channel and partner watched continuously, with an alert the moment one partner's share drops.
Technology, data and professional services firms
The work gets delivered. The invoice never goes out.
Sales says record quarter. Finance says you missed. Change requests get delivered and never invoiced. The same few senior people are on every hard project, and skilled people spend their days rebuilding documents that already exist. We fix the revenue numbers, capture how your best people deliver, and put AI to work on the drafting, with a person reviewing what goes out.
Sound familiar?
- We delivered the change requests and never invoiced them. Extra work gets agreed on a call, delivered by the team and forgotten by billing. This is us
- Sales says record quarter. Finance says we missed. Every function brings its own revenue number to the board meeting, and someone fixes the pack by hand each month. This is us
- Delivery depends on a few senior people. The same senior names are on every difficult project, and quality drops the week they are on leave. This is us
- Skilled people spend the day drafting documents that already exist somewhere. Proposals, status reports and client summaries get rebuilt from old files and email threads, by people you pay for judgement. This is us
- We pay for seats nobody uses. The renewal price went up again, the features you need sit in the next tier, and the real work still happens in spreadsheets. This is us
-
One revenue number sales and finance both trust, from first deal to cash in the bank, with the paperwork and reconciliations under control.
-
See who is working on what, how busy each person is and what is ready to deliver, all in one place.
-
AI at work in your own delivery and back office, tested and under control before it goes anywhere near a client.
Engineering and infrastructure
Know it's over budget while you can still act.
Overruns show up at the review. Everyone is pushed to go faster and the finish date stays put. Lessons from the last site leave with the engineers who were there. We tie cost to real spend by milestone, find what really sets the finish date, and carry your senior engineers' checks into every new project.
Sound familiar?
- We find out a project is over budget at the review. The project looked fine at the last steering meeting and is suddenly over at close, with nobody able to say when it went wrong. This is us
- We're pushing every activity harder and the finish date won't move. Everyone is asked to go faster, costs rise, and the completion date stays where it was. This is us
- Site know-how leaves with the engineers who were there. Lessons from the last project sit in someone's phone photos and memory, and the next site repeats the same mistakes. This is us
- Every customer gets the same credit terms. Collections run on phone calls, and customers who pay late get the same terms as those who pay on time. This is us
- We've spent too much to stop now. A big spend got signed off on a best guess, and now the argument for carrying on is how much has already gone in. This is us
-
Cost tracked against real spend by milestone, with alerts the week a line starts to drift.
-
The chain of activities that really sets the finish date, found and kept visible to everyone.
-
Site decisions, checks and lessons captured as the work happens, in a knowledge base every project uses.
SMEs and family businesses
A business that runs well, even when you're away.
Nothing moves unless you sign it. The business has grown and still runs on WhatsApp and spreadsheets. The next generation wants change and the old team doesn't. We move decisions to the right people, put the business on software it owns, and bring both generations and your long-serving staff along.
Sound familiar?
- Nothing moves unless I sign it. Approvals queue on your desk, a week away means a week of waiting, and the senior people you hired have stopped deciding anything. This is us
- We've grown. We still run it like a small shop. Orders, stock, approvals and follow-ups live in WhatsApp groups, notebooks and one person's spreadsheet. This is us
- The next generation wants to change everything. The old team wants nothing changed. Family meetings circle the same two positions, and long-serving staff wait to see who wins. This is us
- Profit looks fine. The bank balance doesn't. The profit and loss statement shows a good quarter while you juggle payments, because the money sits in unpaid invoices and slow-moving stock. This is us
- If a few key people resign, we're in trouble. A few long-serving people know how the business really runs, and work slows down every time one of them is on leave. This is us
- One big customer wants terms that would make us dependent on them. A large contract is on the table, and you sense that signing it would hand the real control to the other side. This is us
-
Decisions handed to the right managers with clear limits, and routine approvals automated.
-
Our proven project and operations platforms, shaped around how you work, with daily tasks on every laptop and no per-seat bill.
-
A staged plan both generations can own, with long-serving staff given a real part in it.
Transferable discipline
Our CTO built railway signalling software. One bug there can hurt someone.
- Arjun Murthy built safety-critical railway signalling software to strict European safety standards.
- He has also written embedded firmware for cars.
- He is setting up a quality management system that follows aerospace quality practice.
We don't sell railway software. The habits come with every project anyway: every requirement tied to a test, nothing released untested, and a clear record of who approved what.
Working across borders
Based in Bengaluru. Working with India, the US, the UK and the UAE.
In India we come on site whenever the work needs it. Elsewhere we work remotely and travel to site for the days that need it. Our working day overlaps with the UK and the UAE. For US teams, we agree regular call times in your morning before the project starts. If your data has to stay in the UAE, or in any other country, we build on your own servers or on a cloud region inside that country.
